OK before I throw the top end on this motor I am offering a redone bottom end. Completely taken apart and all new seals installed 447 CRANK and TRANS. Comes with clutch basket and clutch plates. Ready to be shipped out next week.
If you want complete motor I will put top end on with all new gaskets and new RINGS.
I have spare cases-38mm Carbs-Trans- Jugs- Heads-starters

I go to my son's in Carolina BEACH NC . Go to my buddy's in NAPLES FL and also spend holiday time with my daughter in NY. MY house is all electric and the bills kill me in the winter.

I am down in FL for bike week and my buddy who use to be one of my DRAG RACE partner is one of the best motor builder you can find. He can squeeze horsepower out of a stone HAHA. We all raced all over the country under the 20TH CENTURY RACING name he is now into boats and has this crazy fast boat that I won't step on. I am too OLD for speed going TODAY to ATCO NJ to watch Bike DRAGS. Have one of my motors in CRAZY 8's. If you live in NY NJ PA DEL MD this is the best racers in the country and if you never seen a NO WHEELIE BAR BIKE go 200MPH in the quarter mile come see. GRUDGE RACING AFTER 7 PM tonight so bring your wallet.

Ever race in ohio I had a 8 sec.( 8.90's around 170 mph) kz1000r back in the elr.90's now Im too old to go that fast but it was a blast.

WE RACED all the IDBA-DRAG BIKE-NMRA-PRO STAR Events
I think we ran in Ohio in the 80's Back then I ran Super Gas and Class runs. Then I got crazy and ran 8:90 and 8:20 classes then went to top fuel Harley and then I had knees done and all went to hell HAHA
Fastest I ever went was in the 7:60's and then just had to walk away from injurys and other bullshit. Love it so now I build the motors and sit and watch these 125lb riders.
So maybe we were there and never knew it. I was part of the PHILLY Clan Ricky-Reggie-Billy-Randy-Cheese and all the crazy's from Philly.

I've been meaning to contact you. I'm working on a '81 650 and I'm looking for a set of crankcase covers with no dings, dents or heavy scratches. I ride this bike so I want a set to work with before I pull the bike apart again this winter.

Yeah, the right and left engine sidecovers. When you had your shop you used to offer some nice polished ones.

Sorry haven't done any lately too much motor work. I really need some and have not seen any good ones online. There was a nice polished set on EBAY but went fast. Maybe I will put it on the list for the two guys that are going to use my garage for the winter while I am away.
