Looking to run Avon AM22 and AM23 tires on my 81 XS. It has the stock cast wheels on it, so they have to go. Don't like the look of the cast anyway! My question is, will any hub that I can get from EBay work with the rims that I can get from Mikes XS? I know I have to account for the number of spokes, but I'm talking about taking a hub that had a 16" or 19" rim on it, and switching to an 18" rim.
