Routing the alternator wire?

OK. So I'm installing the PMA. Got everything on, but now I need to figure out where to route the wire coming from the new alternator. How do I get it out around the drive chain without it rubbing on anything? Anyone have a pic of how they did it?


Man, I really need to get this thing running!

Hard to see, but follow that shiny wire wrap. It's out of the alternator case area, over the starter gear cover, under the shift shaft, up along the case into a small clip and then connect to wire harness/reg-rec or what ever you have.

I think I've got it right. Just don't want the chain to chew through the wires....
