Screwed up and burnt the TCI

Well... I screwed up. Just made a new harness for my bike, and was so eager to try it out that I forgot to add a fuse... So the perfectly fine Boyer TCI box is most likely broken/melted now (got really hot og smelled like something was burning). I really can't afford buying a new Boyer unit at the moment, so I'm wondering if there's any way of bypassing the TCI..? Or maybe add some other type of relay?

Kinda hard to bypass your ignition system. If your budget is tight going back to points system is the cheapest route. PAMCO is reliable. I ran one in mine before I took it off the road for the rebuild.
