Shocking fitment question

I'm somewhat familiar with Redwing shocks but; it goes way back before I was doing anything with XS 650's.

I'm considering buying a pair of Redwing Hammerheads....can anyone confirm fitment of that Hammerhead lower end to the XS 650 shock mount? Thanks, Blue

Blue I've never done it, but didn't royfisk fit a pair to his dual sport bike build?
You have to look close but I thimk thats them.

He did use the TX750 swingarm which has wider shock mounts about 1/16-1/8 inch.

Thanks so much....I had it in my mind that they would be great on a "dual sport" but couldn't place where/I'd seen them....Good ol Roy knows his stuff on dual sports so I'll take that as a yes and see if I can get them even though they're a bit pricey. Better suspension fore and aft is a big part of making the XS passably good on trails and off pavement backwoods roads. That and going the other way a bit on sprockets like 17/36 with dual sport tires works well.

Should have thought of asking Roy, I really appreciate you're recalling this and putting me on it WRider. I was also thinking of bugging Gordon Scott. Best, Blue
