I've got a couple of local options for having my valve seats cut. I need to have this done since I've installed new valve guides.

Originally, I had plans to buy MikesXS valve seat cutting tool kit, but have read enough un-glowing comments on here to be convinced to steer clear of that waste of $.

For my 76' what valve specs or information will a Machinist need from me?

One guy asked me what size the valves are and I didn't know the answer. He quoted me around $40 for doing this job.

I can always provide him with every reference I have, but would like to narrow it down to what the Shop needs.

Thanks!
