springer to narrow glide

so i have a 71 xs1 with some aftermarket springer. i dig the look and style but i really want the better ride that comes with the shocks and especially the look of the gaitors. anybody have any recomendations for some really narrow quality forks? im running an aftermarket 21" harley davidson wheel right now and want to keep it that way...

Personally I like the style if stock forks over the springer. And the ride is pretty bouncy on that front wheel ya know
