Guy's forgive me if there is a thread already on here but I just can't seem to find the answer I am looking for. I have eliminated the stock harness and wired the bike up and everything is working great but I would like to add in a 12V normally closed relay to act as a starter cut-off relay and don't want to use the original bulky SR/LR unit from the stock '77 set-up. I tired a couple of generic relays but the 6V from the PMA is not enough voltage to energize the coil to open the circuit from the start button. Does anyone know of a cheap generic NC relay that works? I would eliminate the relay but when I let go of the start button it doesn't stop the ground to the starter solenoid fast enough and the starter continues turning for a second after the engine starts.

Thanks
Dave
