I wasn’t aware of that one. Epoxy is my choice. The only downside being that it may be impossible to remove.
No doubting it. You only get one shot at this. I have a guy who does them and makes a brilliant job of it. Given the risk, cost and quality, I just give him the tanks. A couple of weeks later, I get it back in great shape. It's not worth me buying the chemicals and taking the time to learn. (UK, of course).
 
Ah. I missed that part. So, it’s likely similar to the Caswell I’m using across the pond.
Possibly/probably. It's a phenol novolac epoxy coating. Basically I think it's an industrial coating product that's found a niche now that we have ethanol in fuel. I believe the product is impervious upto 100% ethanol and the daughter products of degradation.
