HAHA, play on words there in the title. In all seriousness, a metallurgist I am not, so advice is needed. Been thinking about using brass parts here and there throughout my build, but I have concerns. Mainly, if the brass or other metals with corrode or otherwise self destruct from coming into contact with each other. Thinking, brass fender, pegs, controls, etc. Would this be a safe option?

There is an absolute world of good info on line about galvanic corrosion related to dis-similar metals in direct contact with each other. The problems are exacerbated with the presence of an electrolyte, like water.
I think brass is best used for decorative items rather than hard parts. When it tarnishes it becomes antique brass, perfect for old motorcycles !
