rear disc is a mooneyes setup. the cover was stepped for cooling, but now I run a PMA so it is back to normal.

Almost there...
There may be an obvious answer, in fact I'm sure there is, but I'm not seeing it. How does your clutch work? I know it's a foot clutch but don't see a cable. I think I see something coming from behind the clutch pedal going toward the worm gear.. maybe. What you got going on to make it all work?
