Thanks for checking out my ad. for sale i have my 1980 suzuki gn400 custom cafe racer. Clean tilte, fast, fun loud, etc! The mileage is unknow, it was missing the odometer when i got it, but has great compression (enough to bruise the bottom of my foot while kicking it over in chuck taylors) i mounted the tail section/ seat on it, put CNC machined anodized clip on bars with aftermarket CNC anodized brake and clutch lever. painted the frame, and everything else on the bike practically. rebuilt the forks with new seals and new fluid, put stiffer shocks with a better ratio, ( rides awesome now) the tank is off a yamaha xs400 i believe, it was on it when i got it, ( i will be honest and say that it is somewhat sketchy the way it is mounted, i will be redoing the mounts before it is sold. rear brakes have been replaced, front caliper was rebuilt and painted to match the anodizing. rims are stock ENKEI wheels that are custom painted to match the rest of the bike. the tires are ok, decent tread, no cupping, no dry rot, and are safe to ride on although if i was keeping it i would have opted for a different style tire. the exhaust is custom with a some what beat up and dented FMF dirt bike pipe and wrapped header. (the bike sounds mean!) i cleaned the carbs and jetted it for the pod filter and exhaust (to be honest i will say i do not know how great it is tuned, it is cold here in WI and we all know how temperature affects pod filters) but it has tons of torque and is a blast to ride. I made a new wiring hareness for it, unfortunatly it came with a 12 volt Headlight bulb and 12 volt tail light bulb. with the bike being a 6 volt system they are dim/ do not work. the seat is very comfortable but is not show quality by all means, as for the rest of the bike. i know there is more i could say about this bike but i cant think of it off the top of my head.
