When using timinf light on the right plug the line needs to be between F mark on the stator, where does the line need to be for the left plug?

Same place. Pistons move up and down together. They're both in the same position they just fire on opposite rotations.

That sounded a bit weird. The pistons rotate the same way, they fire in an alternating fashion, i.e. one is on the compression while the other is on the exhaust stroke.
Either way the timing mark is the same for both cylinders.

Okay so both cylinders should be between the F mark
yup they should it's not always easy to achieve that.......
