A couple of minor mods:
The brake lever was just scraping the side of the exhaust bracket, so I bent it out a little to clear the exhaust bracket then bent the end part in a bit to get the foot plate back to it's original position.
The slot in the sidestand had expanded a little allowing the side stand flop around, I bashed the end to get the slot a bit narower, unfortunately the bracket on the frame has also worn so I couldn't remove all the slop, but it is better than before. I also noticed the rubber grommet wasn't touching the frame where it should, perhaps from the sidestand being bent. Anyway, I cut the tab off between the foot lever and the stand, reshaped the foot lever and welded in another grommet base a little further away, so now the grommet hits the frame centrally.
Of course I then had to repaint both. I hate using two pack in such small quantities, 20ml. I made 10ml graduations on the gun cup some time ago, but had to use a syringe to measure the hardener.
