torque specs on bolts replacing rivits on primary gear set

How tight should the bolts replacing the rivits that hold the primary gear onto the clutch basket be?

- i have a set of these from terry in aussie with the vesconite blocks...he recommends
- 7 - 8 ft lbs only...use loctite 262
