Trouble contacting pamco Pete

I sent in an ignition I believed to be faulty. I did all the recommended tests and had people very knowledgable of xs take a look. I gave pete a heads up and sent it to him with a detailed note. According to tracking it arrived on the 26th and still after multiple attempts to contact I have heard not a word. Does anyone have a number or some other way of trying to contact him? I wasn't expecting it to be done just a confirmation that he did in fact get it or just anything would be nice. And no this is not a Pete bashing I just am out of options on how to try and contact him and would like to get my bike up and going.

It gets a little busy around here sometime. Sometimes the Emails just scroll off the top of the screen. My apologies for the delay.

Tell me what your name is or some other clue so I can get caught up on the problem.
