Does anyone know what either of these things are? They were in a box BMW motorcycle parts.
The thing on the left looks like a handlebar perch. (That's a Honda lever just for reference.)
But I have never seen a four-hole perch. That bolt I stuck in the pivot hole is a 1/4-24 (non-metric). Based on which side of the pivot hole is threaded, this is a right-side perch. So, huge, four-hole perch with SAE threads, I was thinking an old Harley?, but I couldn't find anything close. Or some other American or U.K. company such as Indian, Triumph, BSA, Royal Enfield, etc.?
The other mystery part looks sort of like a basin wrench.
And it looks sort of like a shock spanner wrench.
The square hole in the mystery part looks like it is intended for a 3/8" drive socket extension, but the hole is really too big.
Any help on either part?
