Tyres and rims

Need a bit of advice on tyre sizes please ,
The PO had fitted a 160a x19 rim to my xs2 with the 350 tyre instead of the 185 rim.
Question is ,is this rim too small for that size tyre ?
I am trying to get a new 185 rim but in the meantime can or should I use it as is .

You could just go with a narrower tire.

Interesting ,it would seem from that chart that even the rear rim is too small for the standard 4.00 tyre.
