What Uni filters do you guys use? I have BS 38 and I think I need UP 4229. Is that the correct one?

No, that's for the BS34s, you want the 4200.

It provides better filtration.

For only a dollar or so more, I would say go for it. It's simply the 4200 with a red sock over it. If you don't like it or it's not working right for you, simply pull off the red cover and you're left with the plain black 4200. There's also an angled version of the ST available that will tuck in tighter to the frame and probably provide more clearance under your side covers (if you use them).
