what are the chances? 50 mile xs2

to answer all the questions, I paid 200 bucks for it with a big box if parts including 2 extra set of carbs in great shape. I wasn't really worried about the originality of it since I'm not much of a resto guy but I figured id start a conversation about it in case there was a chance its a good resto candidate.
I guess it's not. it's all good tho. itll either get chopped or cleaned up.
So far I found the seat, bars, mufflers and rear fender to be unoriginal parts.
everything else seems to be xs2.
frame and engine numbers match
forks are clean and have the dampner
wheels are definitely xs2.
taillight appears to be original, just missing the long mount to the fender
carbs are clean and seem to operate as they should.
engine doesnt appear to have ever been apart, no wrench marks on bolts
oil inside looks brand new so obviously recent oil change.
engine has great compression and valves are nice and quiet.
wiring is all in tact
missing cable and lever for compression release, rear grab bar and turn signals
ran it by some cop friends, they checked the numbers, has not been registered in the last 20 years.

either way I think it's a good deal for 200 bucks.
if I chop it up most of the parts will be for sale if anyone wants anything
