I have a rim that has a 130 on it I want to put a 110 tire on it. Can I and what will the tire look like on the rim would it have a more spread out look, lower profile etc..

It will look OK, will be a little bit more rounded. I think the rear wheel is 2.75 wide, and that tire has a reccomended wheel width of 2.5. It will also have a smaller rolling diameter, which means more rpm for a given forward speed. 1.5 inches, or .75 inches in standing height at the axle.
