While rephasing

What all needs to be changed when you rephase? Here's what I've gotten so far. Crank and cam are with Hugh right now. Big bore kit is waiting to be put on along with new cam chain guide, 277 ignition, pma, and oil cooler. Of course gaskets and seals need to be replaced. Someone told me stock rocker arms won't work on a rephased cam, is that true?
