Will K&N In-box filters fit in my '75

I went to purchase a set of K&N Filters for the airbox of my stock '75 XS 650 B. They only offer them from '76 and on... Before I made a possible mistake I wanted to ask if the filters would fit in the box of the 75 or could I switch them? Also the price is 99.00 does that include one or two filters?

No, the filters won't fit in your '75 airboxes. You might be able to swap '76-'79 airboxes on and then use them. The $99 price would include a pair. Shop around, you should be able to find them for about $75 or $80.

Not sure if this applies to your 75 but I moved to K&N pods on my 72 XS2. Took out the air box's went with a heavy duty boot for support and they fit nicely tucked into my stock side covers. For what it is worth.
