Does anyone make a minimalistic wiring harness for the XS ? I want to run my PMA with manual advance , a pamco and just an on/off toggle swith , with a lead for a headlight and taillight.With a capacitor.

I don't think anyone makes a wiring harness but its pretty simple to make.

Thanks , looks very easy !! How do you join the tiny wires from the Pamco , onto the normal sized wires ?
That depends on where you intend to join them, I'd use deutsch plugs. But a lot of guys will use butt connectors or solder them. If you intend to run the wiring through the frame backbone you'll have to solder them.
