Wiring help

Hi 1977 XS650 D. I don't know if this bike has been retro-fitted with later / different controls, the L/H control has the 'Pass' button, Red/Yellow & Yellow, this is not shown on my diagram, any help sa to how these wires integrate into the loom.
Also the main switch has 2 browns & 2 blues, is this normal?

a 'Pass' button is a momentary (Push to engage) switch to flash the high beam .. normal main switch is red, light brown, red/yellow and blue since you are in Oz I guessing you have a japenese market import?

the pass switch wiring would connect between the headlight wire feed (yellow/blue) and high beam wire (yellow) with head light switch in low beam posistion this would allow high beam to be flashed
