Hello,
Never has my bike started
with the choke down(on)..
I popped the carbs today and
sprayed out all the circuits..
put them back and still nothing..

It takes a while to start with no choke..
with no gas, and then a bit of gas..

Could it be the choke plunger mechansim is messed up or clogged

any similar experiences.. what should i try next?

You need to ensure the choke feed jet is clear. If it's plugged, the choke won't function. It's near the bottom of that bored passageway along the front lip of the bowl .....

Hold the bowl up to a good light and peer down that bored passageway. If the jet is clear, the hole will "light up". The jet is pressed in and can't be removed so you need to either poke it or blow it clear, maybe a combination of both.

If your bike has been rewired, you may also need to ensure that the kill switch is on. (I know, yer sposed to wire the starter in behind the kill switch but SOMEBODY forgot to do that on mine). You can't get good free help any more.
