Wanted - XS1 - XS2 Petrol Tank

Hello,

I am looking for a XS1 - XS2 Petrol Tank if anyone has one, i am struggling !!!???
Im based in the UK .....

I have one that will require removing a failing tank liner, which means re-paint most likely (unless it can be removed with Acetone). But otherwise it seems in good shape (it has been repainted red, so I don't know if it has filler or other repairs). Problem is I'm in the U.S.

I feel your pain, I searched for months before I found a suitable replacement. Stay on top of Ebay every day and one will show up eventually. I"m not sure mine is worth the headache of international shipping...

Jessezm, are you sure that's a '72? Kinda looks like a later tank to me. I think the '72 was a little more rounded in the front.

Definitely a 72, just a bad angle. It's the exact same shape as my other 2 '72 tanks when I line them all up side by side. But it's hard to tell from the pic.

Wish id of seen your offer earlier !! Ha ha ..... ive been a busy bunny ....... mudguards and side panels to be fitted.....
