Xs2 seat cleaner/conditioner

Hi, I have a 1972 xs2, I just got a factory original seat for it. It needs to be cleaned up and polished or conditioned. If anyone could help me out with any suggestions on what to use would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

murphy's oil soap. find it anywere. works best on leather, but also does a great job on old vinyl like yours. it wont go away as fast as armorall
