XS400 SgS build.

I know its not a 650 but this place has been my home for many years so I wanted to share it here. Every part is being done here in house, Every thing is powder coated except the black on the engine which is high temp paint.
I wanted to enter this one in the build off but since its a 400 I cant. We are still planning on attending with it to meet everyone.
The bike was stripped down pretty good when I got it so I don't have many pics of it before we got going on it. Here are some progress pics.

Nice man! I also picked up xs400 over the holidays that I plan to build a mono-shocked cafe/brat. I created a profile on xs400.com but I kind of neglected it. So used to going here for anything XS.

Mocked up the tank I plan to use. Wheels just for mock.

Wow man! Looks like you're pretty close to finishing. Like the color choice especially with the rims. I'll be watching this one to get some ideas.

And as it sits today.

Only fitting to put one of our SgS kickers on it although I don't like the off white rubber with the pure white frame.This will get switched out to one of our bear trap pedals with a white cage.

Nice! I've been eyeballing an 81 xs400 locally, if the guy ever comes off his price I'll be picking it up... Doubt I'll make it as nice as this one, though.
