Actually that bike is a prize, it being one of the early sandcast CB750s but it does come with a huge problem: if he's selling it with the original Missouri title as he described but he bought it from the second owner then he is not the legal (on paper) owner of the bike.
 
"Sandcast" or K0 CB750 Hondas are 1969 models - although it's always possible that any particular CB750 registered as a 1970 was manufactured before September 1969 (when they switched over exclusively to diecast engines). A true sandcast CB750 in perfect, original shape would be selling for $25000 while a 1970 CB750 in similar condition would be priced around $10000. Given the photo, I'd say the subject CB750 is badly over priced.
 
That actually looks cool, needs a major clean up of the details but the lines look "right" to me. Would be interesting to see how he did the rear end. Wonder if it has a differential?
