After few months planning, i decided to change a look of my xs650. I totally dismantled my bike and took many pictures during the project. Biggest thing i wanted to change was the seat. Original seat is quite big and i was looking for smaller flat seat. I found few, but the price was too high. In the end, i made it my self. I didnt want to make big changes to frame, so i cut only those original seat fastening parts away from the frame. I modified also rear fender bit shorter.
I bought a lot of parts from German, Netherland and Usa. There are very little xs650 parts here in Finland. Bike has now new painting and lot of new parts like...

-Head and tail light
-Signal lights
-Gauges
-Mirrors
-Rear shocks
-Rear swing bearings
-Chain and gears
-Handlebar
-Clutch and springs
-Pamco ignition kit
-Mufflers
-Tires
etc...etc

I spent quite a lot of money, but feel it was worth it. Im happy with my modified xs650. I solved many problems with this site, thank you!
