I just completed a chopper project and have a bunch of random extra parts. They include:

Rear hydraulic master cylinder/brake caliper and pads
Vacuum petcock
Headlight with turn signals
Front axle
Misc electronic parts
Rear fender, chopper seat with step up passenger seat, sissy bar (from early model Harley) - all fit together nicely
