Make Offer - XS650 Street Tracker project for sale

I'm trying to sell my XS650 Street Tracker that i don't have time to work on. The frame is a Champion track master, Arces triple clamps, fiberglass tank and rear tail section and i have two Mikuni carbs not shown in pics for the bike. I don't have a title and i don't know the mileage. The bike hasn't been started in 13 years and has been sitting in the garage since. The wiring and the brakes need to be sorted out. I live in Knoxville Tennessee.
