I'm using fuel line. It's thick though.
I'm running a breather on the right side and a cap plug on the other side. Seems to have worked fine all summer.Anyone know if the dual breather can be replaced with a single? Stock airbox/carbs have been removed & I'd rather not have to use two breather filters.
Like my life, it alternately blows and sucks. Without this when the pistons go up and down it would create a major crankcase vacuum/pressure cycle that would result in the end of the space/time continuum as we know it. And wouldn't that be bad.
What type of crankcase breathing do racers use? I know I have seen some pics of what I assumed were crankcase breathers coming out of the lower case, but don't know how they work. The original is a PITA working around the carbs, Anybody?
Here is one from Mikes XS that I use on my dirttracker and some photos of a new one from Mikes XS that will get installed on the new dirttracker.
It was a dual outlet breather but I sawed it off and pressed out the tube enough for the breather tube to be clamped on. I like these little units, they work good and look good.
