Right now I'm listening to...

Sometime I stream German SWF3 radio or British BBC radio. They both play music one never hears in the US radio.

Just discovered Leonard Coen. Interesting, to say the least. If you want to try one of the best artists, few people have heard of, check out J.J. Cale. I've never had anyone that I introduced his music to that didn't get hooked.

Have you heard Puddles perform Hallelujah?

And here's where that one was going..........

What a coincidence !
Given that this is blues festival season, I pulled out Gary Moore's "Back to the Blues" from my CD collection last night about 8pm.
I cranked it up so loud (my neighbors occasionally complain), maybe you heard it up there in Ontatrio !

Queenslegs, you are a man after my own heart. Music is such a part of my life. I absolutely love YouTube, it has allowed me to rediscover old favorites and find new artists to love.
Rock on brother!
And happy 150th Canada!

So today while working on my bike out in the garage, I always have music playing on a Bluetooth boom box, so I thought I would work my way through a bunch of the music links featured in this thread. There are some really great artists in this thread and quite a few I had never heard of, including Lucinda Williams. How have I never heard of her. I'm a sucker for the blues and that West Mempis song is awesome. A really great band backing her up too.
I wound up pulling up a Lucinda Williams play list on YouTube and listening to it for a couple hours. Good stuff.
