Drilling the large hole to match the oil filter
Using the filter to make template to mark the bar and locate the hole in sump plate.
Checking the hole saw is just a bit smaller than o-ring of filter.
Template on sump plate. I then flipped the plate over while holding the template in place.

Bar bolted to plate for center drilling the pilot hole.
Drilling centered pilot hole for brass adapter.
