They look similar to Pandemonium pipes, Dan has has shot a "how to" video for installing his pipes. Haven't got a link but it's probably on this site, his web site or you tube.

Yep, if the lower mounts are used in the stock Radian position, the bottom of the shocks will be pushed out from their natural centre line.
I'm using the stock wheel spindle, however I am also using an RD400 back wheel so the stock Radian spindle diameter matches the stock RD wheel bearing size.

You could talk to Dan at Pandemonium as well, he would be able to hook you up with an exhaust or one of his exhaust building kits. Although all the pics show left hand exit systems, I'm sure Dan would do something that exits on the RH side.
