That looks like a nice bag setup. Do you have the XS650 rack with the backrest or are you planning to modify an aftermarket one? I have an XS650 rack with backrest and I was wondering if this would fit that.

The LED signals work well on the older models because they have a separate left and right flasher indicator in the instrument cluster. Basically there is a separate circuit for the left flashers and a separate circuit for the right flashers. The newer models like your 83 have a single flasher...
