last few times on first startup bikes missfiring badly on one side I think then after one or two minutes ok. and ok for rest of day then! thinking coil on way out but why work when warm! new mufflers 6weeks ago carb mix but why 6weeks later,the mix seemed fine to rich! I rewired the lot 3weeks...

They were not branded just named reverse cones,very loud,bikes running ok (for now} but rich since change!

on starting last two days bike has extreme missfire for first 60seconds then fine! second day cleaned sparks and still did it! any ideas please?

Replaced stock exhaust with small mufflers now my fuel mixture seems rich when was expecting reverse any explanations please?

i cut and fed my own blue wire into the red from rectifier but left the red blank. So if I re live the red with fuse,as you said, will this fix the lack of battery recharging? thanks for reply! IT was my first rewire,played it by ear,should have done more reserch first was a nightmare took me...

Ive rewired bike everythings working great but battery wont keep charge! Its a new battery,and every thing was fine before! is it the break in the arrow marked red wire ive put in mt wiring diagram in my "photo album" ! would be very grateful if could check it please! Karlo Liverpool,England

can someone explain why the forks in 1972-73 where reversed ie caliper was on other side of fork!
