My xv250 came with a regular mirror cross-threaded into the right side (it fit fine), so you could do that if you are not fussy. I replaced it with a proper mirror.
Also you could buy mirror extenders ($20 on ebay) and install the right one using the RH bolt from the left one. Hopefully you...
Basically I think a heavy mirror does better. Mine came with one mirror (well-made, not sure what brand it is) which works fine. I put a lightweight Koso mirror on the other side which blurs at most speeds.
My bike has two aftermarket brake lights (1156) that I would like to also use as turn signals.
Is there a way I can wire diodes or something to be able to do this?

1983 XS650 Heritage Special
I have been looking for a lower seat for a XS650, but what I found out is that the stock seat is lower than it looks and it would be hard to find one much lower. Once the foam compresses you are only about 1 to 1 1/2 inches above the frame tubes.
