    Turning on headlight kills ignition

I rewired the ignition on a circuit and all the lights on their own separate circuit. I have to have the headlight off to get enough voltage to start the bike but after the motor is spinning everything works great.

    Turning on headlight kills ignition

I wired it up, started it, turned the light on and it was fine. Came back an hour later and it gave me problems. I cant duplicate it and nothing changed between first and second time. Thats what stumps me. Are you thinking its bad wiring to the light since that seems to be the only thing that...

    Ideal garage proportions

What about a storage shed or mini barn? I bought one somewhere else and just have it sitting on railroad ties for now. 12x24 works great for a bike shop. Framed it in and ran electric to a box.

That spraymax may be worth looking into when I do my frame, it's easy to respray a tank. Not so easy to do a whole damn frame. I just took my tank down from hanging to dry for two days and I'm actually very happy with it. As you said it's very unforgiving about being able to see blemishes but...

    Wet Sand Base Coat??

Its a gloss black base coat, and its just the paint surface, not quite as smooth as I would like it. Looks real good other than a little orange peeling, I figured I could try to wet sand it with 1000 grit, put a couple more light coats of base on it then clear coat. Or if I just go ahead and...

    Wet Sand Base Coat??

So Im rattle canning my tank, I know...anyway the main question I have is should I wet sand the base coat to give it a smooth look before I clear coat? I plan on wet sanding the clear coat but the base coat doesnt look as fluid as I would like.
