Is there anyway to bring the fuel back from the dead once it's already in the carbs? IE: cleaning the carbs up without removing them?

I haven't ridden my PAMCO/PMA'ed XS650 since last summer, and even then I didn't ride it much. I aim to the sell the bike, but I'm getting ticked that its not running right despite all these improvements. One thing that gets me is that my carbs are STILL getting gummed up despite dual stone...

This bike has a clear PA Title in my name, ready to transfer. Currently plated and registered in PA.

Tried in the incense trick and it showed nothing, the smoke flowed right around the carb and intake boots. What's weird is that it doesn't chirp at idle. Only when throttle is applied. Posted via Mobile

So spraying ether or carb cleaner or water won't affect the idle of a leaking seal?

That was part of my problem. I couldn't get it to center that well. It's also really far down there, no chance to grab it, side cover is already off.

I'm getting a chirp/squeal off idle, from 1500 rpms to 3000 rpms. Recently removed the clutch side cover, but it doesn't appear to be coming from that area. Sounds like its more in the cam chain tensioner area. Checked the cam chain tension, no difference. Sprayed starting Ether in and...
