    rear master cylinder rebuild

Is this the right way around for the master cylinder? I set it up but couldn't seem to get any flow from the reservoir. Not sure if there is a block or not. It was leaking from the base previously so I replaced the seal.

    Brake Nipple Stuck

I ended up giving it a few more taps from the hammer and it came loose. I've got another spare caliper with the same issue so will try the heat method over the weekend. Offending nipple image attached.

    Brake Nipple Stuck

I don't have a heatgun or gas torch and hoping to avoid buying one that's why I'm hoping to get away with the soldering iron.

    Brake Nipple Stuck

The bleeder nipple of my front caliper is stuck hard. I've spared penetrating oil on it everyday for a week and no joy. Heating it up seems to be the best solution, all the examples i've seen use Gas torches or soldering irons. Could I use a regular mains powered soldering iron to heat the...

Spoke to the company who supposidly built the frame, After showing him the pics he said not one of theirs as Ours are 200mm between the lower rails anyway so the motor fits... Paul - I agree it's going to make a great project the seller has just been rude and condescending that I want to prove...

    Engine Mounts Help

UK based and yeah it sounds bullocks to me.They have been rather condescending and with the suggestion of that style brackets. I think they are a waste of time. I unfortunatley got it through ebay and paid cash and they won't take it as a return. I got it for a great price and I'm sure I'll...

    Engine Mounts Help

This was the reply I got. "Hello, as with most xs chops the frame design does not allow the engine to sit in between the two cradle holes, this would result in it sitting to low reducing ground clearance. Two angled plate brackets need to be fabricated to use these mounts, the engine we removed...
