rear master cylinder rebuild

Is this the right way around for the master cylinder?
I set it up but couldn't seem to get any flow from the reservoir.
Not sure if there is a block or not.
It was leaking from the base previously so I replaced the seal.

With the M/C mounted the hose has a high spot. I had to remove the system, all in one piece, hang it up so the hose has a straight shot. Use a screwdriver to pump the M/C to bleed.
Once bled reinstall in one piece.

Final piece of the puzzel and I manged to get the bike tested/legal and on the road today.
