The bikes pictured are not 19"s. Dual 19" is the common route for a tracker style build. The 1st pic is a xs rear rim laced to a front hub. The 2nd pic is harley fatboy solid wheels that have been drilled. The 3rd pic I have no clue what they are. And I dont believe they are 16's or the same rim...
I bought mandrel u bends. And the made some cuts and welded them up. sanded them smooth, The bends are about $10 each at your exhaust shop.

This is my 1st XS650. I'm wondering where might be a good place to drill and tap the case or a side cover for installing a mechanical oil pressure guage.
I've done it before on other makes and models. And was thinking that someone has had to have don this before on an xs.

I think I have some old pics of the seat pan and what not...? But the seat is just sheat metal with some 70's seat cover off a bike @ the salvage yard. stretched and riveted on there.
