I spent years and years bending all manner of pipes as an electrician, but I can't imagine making a bend that tight in steel. You have your own equipment to do that? If you don't mind, how is it done, and what kind of pipe is it?

I bought mandrel u bends. And the made some cuts and welded them up. sanded them smooth, The bends are about $10 each at your exhaust shop.

couple more pics... The tank isnt bolted down and is sitting about an 1' higher in front than normal. Seat isnt bolted down either....
