Piston/ rings recommendation and oil pump question

Anyone have any recommendations on pistons/ rings? I need to go second over size.

Also, while I have my engine apart, should I change my oil pump? I'm not sure when it was changed because bought the bike recently. It has 25000 miles on it.

Can't help ya with the pistons - but on the oil pump you can check it's clearances pretty easily. The process is outlined in the clymer and here:

There's a vendor on eBay that sells 'new' piston,ring,wristpin,clips sets, including oversize, very reasonable price. Might find reference to it on this forum using search 'pistons', look at threads less than 2 months old.
