No it won't. If you look closely you'll see it's screwed on to the tire.

hahah we got some jokesters here..ill get more pics up when i do some more work on it. Lol the light is glued onto the tire just to throw the coppers off 
Looks good..Are they dust covers about half way down the fork tubes?This looks like what one of my mates did to his in the 70s...It was pretty cool riding and a real head turner,great work man.
