I just set my cam chain tension per the manual and set my valves also. I figured it'd be harder than it was. Maybe I did something wrong. To set the cam chain I just removed that cap, loosened the jam nut and turned in the adjuster til it was flush with the thing inside it. Is that right...

My left front seal started leaking on my forks. The springs in them seem worn out anyway. Is it just a matter of taking out the old springs and putting in some new ones? I can't seem to find a writeup on how to take these things apart.
