Ok the Allen screw I have is 45mm and the recommended length is 40mm....sooooo it probably is sticking out the backside of the clutch basket causing it to get stuck .... Also I think the reason the pressure plate is sticking out so much is the Phillips screw in the worm drive is cranked in...

OK OK....! I have more clues ....! As I mentioned in my first post I installed new clutch springs....what I did NOT mention was I also installed the clutch spring Allen head screw mod ...!! It is a two part mod that consists of an aluminum spacer and an Allen head bolt/screw. MAYBE the screw...

I don't think it's the kickstand kill switch at all as that has been long removed ...lol When I say it stalls I mean when I put it in gear even when the clutch lever is pulled in the bike lunges forward and stalls. On another note I never took the left cover off or the worm gear out ...

Ok so I noticed that when i looked at the sight glass for the oil level it looked dry. So I looked at the dip stick and the level on that looked OK. But I added some oil to check if that would change the level on the sight glass and it did....the level went up. I added about 2/3 of a quart...

I don't know what the wattage of the headlight is but its the original light... I think the only other part wired up to it is the tail light. I found that the ground wire was loose on the tail light and it was bouncing around. Hopefully thats what was causing the blown fuse?

Ok thanks...I think Im using a 16ga wire. Also, there was a loos ground wire on the tail light so when i hit bumps is was going on and off.... could this cause a short or blown fuse?

So I've just recently wired up my headlight...when I run the bike longer than 30 mins or so the fuse keeps blowing. I have a 10 amp in there now. I got rid of the original harness and have a TC Bros harness in it. The bike keeps running 'fine'. (knock on wood) Can i run the headlight...
